Things Going Fine? You may think things are totally haywire and everyone is bought out, and that it's time for a revolution. I used to. I was a green, an anarchist, every kind of lefty. No offense, but are you sure? Because most of the entire population of educated adults all over the world sees a situation that needs some minor tweaks and is otherwise well on its way to being totally superb, sustainable, a real heaven on earth for everyone. I finally talked respectfully to a conservative for long enough, a few years ago, to realize how naive, underinformed and shallow a lot of what I thought was. I decided against the left, and the right, and found this. Then, I realized that democracy IS the middle party. Democracy is the mediator. Democracy as it currently functions works better than any online forum or group discussion I've ever seen, at least. It might seem better to do things in some radical way to you, but then again, I bet you're really young or an ivory tower type, no offense. I mean to say, what is actually such a giant deal? Whatever it is, I think it's probably something that one or both sides are doing their best to fix, and I bet democracy will sort it out without derailing many other trains. That's why I'm an independent. Natch.
